With a winning attitude, Mrs. Yates, a mother of two has taken on the office management responsibilities of the Charleston office and the oversight for the Skilled Nursing cases. "Hiring just the right nurses for our precious clients is something I love to do", says Babbette. "I love to work with the parents of children needing services so I can understand what I can do to make their lives easier. Being a mother with young children at home myself helps me understand how important it is for them to be able to depend on caregivers to provide excellent care to their child. I do whatever it takes to make that happen."

Fran Tasse
Charleston LPN Supervisor
Fran Tasse graduated nursing school in 1977. She worked at St. Francis Xavier, CHS for eleven years and at USAFR as a Med-Tech for six years. She has worked for other various agencies throughout the years, but none became as close to her heart as Nightingale's. She has been a Nurse Supervisor for the CHS area since 2009 and considers it a pleasure to work for a company that makes a difference.
