Brandy Strong Vice President
A young, vibrant mother of four, Brandy is the owner's daughter. Brandy is a graduate of Florence-Darlington Technical College in Florence, SC. She loves to interact with the clients and their family members. She also manages the overall record keeping. "It's great working together as a family. People really get a caring and hard-working dedication when they come to Nightingale’s". As a family owned and operated business, Brandy doesn't just see this as a job, it is a way for her to help others, and enjoy life!
Babbette Yates Vice President - Charleston Division
A new mom and the younger of Mrs. Kasler’s daughters, Babbette is enjoying life in the low-country and loves James Island, where the Charleston office is located. She loves the fact that she gets the opportunity to introduce the awesome work ethic of Nightingale's to her beloved Charlestonian community. Setting up shop and interviewing, training, and choosing caregivers—No one loves it better than this go-getter and eager-beaver newcomer to the company. Watch out big Sis, little Sis is stepping up!
Caryn Franklino Finance Director
Another family member, Caryn is Mrs. Kasler's sister-in-law. She comes to the organization with many years of experience within the Human Resources Department of a major corporation. Caryn oversees the billing and payroll procedures and well as a multitude of other office management related duties. She is definitely the organizer. Caryn will be happy to help you with setting up private billing that suits your individual needs.
Diane Kelly Payroll Specialist
Diane is a payroll and billing clerk for Nightingale’s Corporate office. She is busy getting weekly paychecks to hundreds of service caregivers all across the state. She is gifted with an ability to perform great detail work in a pleasant and cooperative manner.
Jody Pigate Executive Administrative Assistant
Jody helps out with our front desk and he is our “go to” guy for many things, including gloves and care plan reorder request. Jody is always available for a customer service calls if someone needs to talk. It’s nice to have a guy around the office, especially one with a compassionate and pleasant nature.
Nick Kasler Corporate Office Assistant
Nick has recently relocated to SC from New Jersey and he has a background in marketing. He is learning the family business from the ground up in hopes of being able to one day tell others about Nightingale’s from a marketing prospective. Meanwhile, he is a big help around the office and will be happy to take your calls for customer service. Everyone loves talking to Nick!

Monica Watson Service Coordinator
Ever smiling with great big dimples, Monica, mother of four, provides service coordination as well as payroll and billing support. You can depend on Monica to safely and effectively lead the coordination of care givers to your home. Monica's two favorite quotes are "Who's Better Than Us?" and "I am the Bomb"! When it comes to service coordination, Monica is the bomb!
Dana Benjamin LPN Nursing Supervisor (Charleston)
Returning to the workforce after a few years off to complete her motherhood degree, Dana has been a Godsend to newest branch of the company on James Island, in Charleston County. Pleasant in demeanor, expert if the delivery of care, brilliant with a computer, sweet in nature... now what more could we ask?? Oh yeah, she's got a very handsome family! Dana takes good care of them and her extended family now, her clients at Nightingale's!
Brandi Gaskins Licensed Practical Nurse
A supervisory LPN, Brandi loves having her "heart warmed" by meeting new clients and their families. As she performs supervisory visits that help to "spot check" the Nightingale's workforce in the clients' homes, she helps Nightingale's ensure the highest level of care possible. Brandi is also a great provider of care and assists Nightingale's with short-term intermittent needs in the home such as wound care, wound vacs, medication management, admissions, etc. A loving mother and wife, Brandi will always bring a smiling face and a warm heart into your home.
Beth Garver Registered Nurse
Beth assists Nightingale’s as the Registered Nursing Supervisor. Beth is an avid vegetarian, Mom, and minister's wife with a voice like an angel. Beth watches over the skilled nursing side of the company and oversees the field supervisors themselves. She brings a kind heart and a watchful eye "to the table" for an always compassionate and professional point of view.
Rose Rogers Registered Nurse
Rose Rogers, RN has joined our winning team this year. Rose comes from the owner's hometown of Lake View, SC and she has the same down home town girl attitude that keeps on giving and keeps everyone around her smiling! In addition to her first and most important responsibility of raising a beautiful daughter, Rose has accepted the responsibility for the nursing supervision of the Sumter, Manning, Bishopville, Sumter, Camden, Elgin, Lugoff, and Columbia areas! Working hand in hand with Rhonda and Ruby, along with their sidekicks, Michelle and Daila, these ladies provide a work ethic that is unsurpassed in home care. Tempting the other area service coordinators to compete for Customer Service Kudos keeps this dream team hoping! Rose is the perfect leader with a smile always ready and a heart the size of Texas!
Ann Hudson Customer Service Representative and Service Coordinator
Ann is the Customer Service Representative and Service Coordinator for Lancaster/Kershaw/Chester areas. Ever mindful of her overwhelming responsibilities to the clients of Nightingale's, Ann provides a down home and caring atmosphere for the clients she oversees. Ann is a dedicated and conscientious service coordinator. She is also one who will jump in to help anytime with hands-on expertise.
Melissa McDuffie, LPN Skilled Nursing Service Coordinator
Melissa is Nightingale’s skilled nursing service coordinator. Melissa loves her job and her job loves her! Interviewing, hiring, scheduling, and taking care of her nurses and her clients requiring skilled nursing is right up her alley. Soon to be a RN and working on getting married, she has delivered so much professionalism to her position and our skilled nursing clients couldn't be more pleased.
Ruby Martin Assistant Service Coordinator (Camden)
Customer Service Representative and Service Coordinator for the Columbia, Camden, Lugoff, Elgin areas, Ruby is of the "mothering" sort. She mother's her clients, creating a caring and helpful atmosphere that goes above and beyond her job expectations. Ruby doesn't know what 8:30 – 5:00 means, she understands that if one of her clients needs her, she's there for them. Delivery of excellent customer service is her goal day-in and day-out. Thank goodness she's on our team.
Vivian Bissett Assistant Service Coordinator
Vivian provides exceptional fill-in assistance and is always comforting to our clients when their primary caregiver is unavailable. When it comes to caring for clients, a back up plan is essential. Knowing who your back up will be is a great comfort and an even greater advantage that the clients enjoy at Nightingale's.
Daila Rickenbaugh Assistant Service Coordinator
Like we said before, everyone needs a helper! Ruby's assistant is this lovely lady with a heart of gold. If Ruby's the "mothering" sort, then Daila must be the "stepmom." She steps in as needed to assist with fill-ins and just good old-fashioned neighborly visits to our clients. She wants to be sure she's familiar with the clients and their needs in case they need emergency fill-in assistance. Always sitting on "ready to go," Daila visits the clients, not a desk. If you are having a problem, call Daila!
Rhonda Alston Service Coordinator (Sumter)
Bringing professionalism with a smile to the management team Rhonda oversees the service coordination for the Sumter, Manning, Bishopville, and surrounding areas. She truly enjoys working with other professional caregivers and prides herself on seeing to the welfare of the clients she is responsible for providing coverage for.
Michelle Spann Assistant Service Coordinator (Sumter/Manning/Bishopville)
Michelle simply has the brightest smile and the most cheerful disposition ever! She will definitely brighten the day of any client needing temporary fill in help in her area. Rhonda, Michelle, and Rose team up to keep this Sumter group happy as a clam!
Nicole Buffer Assistant Service Coordinator (Charleston)
Nicole joined the Nightingale's family to help with the start up of the Charleston branch. Originally designated as a "runner", Nicole's dedication and hard work soon found her spending more time in the office helping all of the clients with coordination, than running for fill ins. Although she loves to spend time in the client homes and is always ready to hit the road if needed, she has really shown us all she can handle much more than hands on care. She can handle a busy office and do it with gusto!
Marijane Musgrave HR Generalist
Marijane is busy with processing, interviewing, and performing background checks for potential hirees for the Corporate office. She is also in charge of directing ongoing in-service credit documentation and employee evaluation scheduling. She works hard but always seems to do it with a gentle and kind manner. Marijane makes sure Nightingale’s adhere’s to the highest hiring practices to ensure the best quality care available.

Charlotte Adams LPN nurse supervisor for Lancaster, Kershaw/ Chester.
Dedicated to overseeing the care being delivered, Charlotte works tirelessly making sure everyone is happy on her watch. A single mother of two, she is an independent and sweet natured young woman who has recently relocated to Lancaster to be closer to the client’s she serves. Her and Ann make a caring and watchful duo!
