Peace of Mind
All of our employees undergo competency training, background screening, criminal record checks, health screening tests, and on-going “in-service” education. Employees are tested for OSHA, UNIVERSAL PRECAUTIONS, and general competency prior to hiring. They also receive evaluations based on performance in which clients are encouraged to participate.
A Nurse Supervisor overseas all clients and remains available for the employees to contact with questions or concerns at no charge to the customer.
All employees are insured with Liability and Workers Compensation Insurance for your peace of mind.
